HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED as you wander? I have. Most of us have. Many of us have wondered if we are really, really accepted by God, saved, will make it to heaven, if this and if that.
A good place to start for assurance is to read God’s word. God cannot lie, therefore what he says in his word is an eternal promise!
“Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, ….”
Acts of the Apostles 16:31 (nlt).
Now, insert your name between the brackets:
“If [put your name here] believes in the Lord Jesus … he/she WILL BE SAVED ….”
No, you must not grieve the Spirit by acting like/living like the devil. You are accepted now, saved, so don’t continue to live like you lived in your “old” life. You have a new life.
It’s a promise, God’s promise.
